PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effective utilization of excess heat in a solar heat hot water supply system and the convenience of the user of the system. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion element is positioned between two jackets which are arranged side by side to pass hot water and cold water, respectively, and the electricity generated by utilizing the temperature difference between the hot water and cold water is stored in a secondary battery. The electricity is utilized for operating instruments which perform hot-water temperature adjustment, etc., so as to improve energy conservation and the convenience of the user.
