PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap frame apparatus for a sewing machine, not lowering a commercial value of a cap. SOLUTION: In this cap frame apparatus for a sewing machine, a main body (81) of a cap frame (80) is equipped with a brim supporting body (305) for supporting a brim (201) of a cap (200) at an inclination angle and the inclination angle of the brim supporting body (305) is adjusted. Consequently the apparatus has no disadvantage that the brim (201) of the cap (200) set on the cap frame is brought into contact with an arm part of an embroidery sewing machine with the movement of the cap frame (80), the brim (201) is rubbed, the surface of the brim partially gleams, becomes visually undesirable, is broken and damaged and reduction in commercial value caused by deformation of the brim (201) of the cap (200) can be prevented.
