PURPOSE: A shock-absorbing device for a helicopter is provided to absorb shock when a helicopter is landed by installing an elastic member in the bottom of a tail boom. CONSTITUTION: A shock-absorbing device for a helicopter comprises a supporter(6), an operation part(7), an elastic member(8), and a shock absorber. The supporter is downward inclined and is hinged on the bottom of a tail boom. The operation part is formed in the end of the supporter and has a smaller diameter than the supporter. The operation part has a circular bar body(71), a round bar body(72), a coil spring(9), and a ring member(R). The elastic member is coupled to the operation part. The shock absorber connects the supporter and the tail boom.
