PROCESS CARTRIDGE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A process cartridge and an image forming apparatus having the same are provided to prevent the contact between a photosensitive medium and a developing member caused by external impact or vibration while moving a process cartridge. CONSTITUTION: A support plate(11,12) supports a developing member(5) and a photosensitive medium(2) and allows the rotation of the developing member and the photosensitive medium. Weight shift members(20,30) are installed at the support plate and allow the rotation thereof. The weight shift member has a first position for the contact between the photosensitive medium and the developing member and a second position for the separation of the photosensitive medium for the developing member. If the weight shift member is placed in the second position, a separation restraining member(40,50) restrains the separation of the weight shift member.
