METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING OILS CONTAINING WASTEWATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for treating oils containing wastewater, capable of rapidly and stably decomposing and removing animal and vegetable oils from wastewater containing those oils by simple operation. SOLUTION: Lipase L and oils decomposing bacteria M are mixed with wastewater 1 containing animal and vegetable oils to oxidize and decompose neutral fat being a main component of oils. Neutral fat of which the decomposition is difficult only by microorganisms can be rapidly decomposed by together using lipase and oils decomposing bacteria.
