PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating apparatus of sheet members which can conduct lamination of sheet members in an easy and exact way. SOLUTION: A laminating apparatus of sheet members for laminating a first sheet member 10 on a second sheet member 20 is equipped with a support portion 30 of the first sheet member, a support portion 40 of the second sheet member, a pressing roller 50 pressing the second sheet member 20 to the first sheet member 10 in the order from the start edge portion to the end edge portion, an edge support portion 42 mounted on the start edge portion side and pressing the vicinity of the start edge portion of the second sheet member to the first sheet member and an edge support portion 43 moving the support position in the vicinity of the end edge portion depending on the pressing position of the pressing roller 50 whereby the lamination is smoothly conducted. A releasable sheet of the second sheet member is automatically released in a separate way.
