<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerated van allowing to be operated without blowing a fuse of an external power source when a refrigerating device is operated by driving an electric motor for driving a compressor by means of the external power source. SOLUTION: This refrigerated van has a generator which is driven by a traveling engine mounted on a vehicle, a battery which accumulates electric power generated by the generator, an electric motor which is driven by the electric power of the battery, and the refrigerating device which is equipped with a compressor driven by the electric motor. The van is provided with an external power source connection means which connects to the external power source, a switching means which switches the first position for connecting the electric motor with the battery or the second position for connecting the electric motor with the external power source connection means, a standby direction means, and a control means. When standby operation is directed by the standby direction means, the control means operates the switching means on the first position, and after the predetermined period of time is elapsed from when it is operated on the first position, the control means operates the switching means on the second position.</p> |
