PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sealing multilayer film excellent in film processability, a low temperature heat-sealing property, a hot tack property, a slipping property, and a property for maintaining the taste of contents, and a liquid paper container using the same. SOLUTION: A heat sealant film for a paper container 1 is molded using a laminate film made by a co-extrusion comprising an inner layer A2 and a laminating layer B3. The inner layer A2 comprises a blend of 5 to 40% of a low density polyethylene having a density of 0.910 to 0.925 and a melt index of 0.2 to 10 to an ethyleneα-olefin copolymer resin having a density of 0.900 to 0.920 and a melt index of 0.2 to 5 which is polymerized with a single site catalyst. The laminating layer B3 comprises a blend of 60 to 95 wt.% of a linear low density polyethylene having a density of 0.900 to 0.920 and a melt index of 0.2 to 5 and 5 to 40 wt.% of a low density polyethylene having a density of 0.910 to 0.925 and a melt index of 0.2 to 5.
