PURPOSE: A boom hoist is provided to quickly and safely carry workers, equipment, and materials in repairing or constructing mechanical equipment positioned high. CONSTITUTION: Booms(11,12) are adjustable in the height while mutually sliding with the adjacent boom. The front of the boom guides a roller of a hoist. Holes are arranged at regular intervals to the side of the boom and the back of the boom and footboard for work is assembled and booms are fixed to external systems. The inside and side and outside of the front of the boom are arranged at right angle to an inner roller(21), side roller(23), and outer roller(22) and the boom are not shaken along the front of the boom. The rollers are fixed to a hoist(10), a lateral rod(24), a longitudinal rod,(25), and a vertical rod. A supporting rod fixed to the longitudinal rod supports a spring. The horizontal portion and the vertical portion of a worktable are coupled to the holes of the boom with bolts and therefore work is performed to the upper part of the boom. The boom has a boom supporter and the boom supporter and the boom are coupled with a pin and therefore the angle of the boom is controlled. The boom is firmly fixed to a structure with the holes of the boom. Therefore safe and quick work at the high place is performed. |
