PURPOSE: A device for preventing the wear of an inner surface of a rotary valve case is provided to prevent the wear of an inner surface of a rotary valve case by controlling the amount of discharged material flowing into a space formed by a rotating blade and an inner face of a rotary valve case. CONSTITUTION: A control plate(74) is fixed on a rotating shaft(70) installed on an inlet(12). A gear thread(24) having teeth(26) is installed on the rotating shaft. A ratchet pole(30) formed on the lower end of an arc surface(32) in contact with the arc-shaped toothed surface of the tooth is placed on the gear thread. The ratchet pole is connected to the rotating shaft via a link connecting tool. The material discharged through an outlet is reduced by the control plate and the rotating shaft.
