A first section (12) has three pairs of cantilever spring sections (16,18,20) defining a rectangular opening and drilled hole (22) to hold a flat plug. The spring sections link as one-piece to a ring-shaped section (28) on the inner edge. Each ramp section (36) has two slanting sections (38,40), the first of which is at a flatter angle than the second. Each second and third cantilever spring section (18,20) forms slits (42) in arched sections (30). A rib (44) is formed in each first cantilever spring section (16).
