The product is pressed as films at a pressure of 170 at, at a temperature of 190 degree C for 5 minutes and finally is cooled under pressure. The epoxidated ammonium lignosulphonate has a molecular mass of 18,000...40, 000, a dynamic viscosity of 85 ...100P at a temperature of 25 degree C and an epoxy equivalent ranging between 0.10 ...0.20 %.
