PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire supporting device or the like capable of performing an inexpensive, speedy and exact questionnaire investigation. SOLUTION: An answer request destination determining means 16 of a server computer 4 comprising a questionnaire supporting system 2 performs processing for receiving a retrieving instruction containing the designation of the attribute of a user from a personal computer(PC) 8 through the Internet 10, retrieving a user database 12 according to the retrieving instruction, extracting a user corresponding to the retrieving instruction and determining a questionnaire answer request destination on the basis of the relevant extracted result interactively with the PC 8. Therefore, the client of the questionnaire investigation interactively retrieves the user database while using the PC 8 and can determine the set (segment) of questionnaire answer request destinations. Therefore, precise segment setting (segmentation) can be performed in a short time. |
