PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the alignment between a liquid crystal panel and a tape carrier package easy, to enlarge the degree of freedom of the wiring for common electrode and to prevent the occurrence of short-circuiting between common electrode leading terminals and segment electrode leading terminals. SOLUTION: The arrangement of common terminals t1 and t2 and a segment terminal t3 provided on one end of a tape carrier package 2 and the arrangement of common electrode leading terminals T1 and T2 and a segment electrode leading terminal T3 provided on a segment substrate 1a are made to be same arrangements. Alignment marks AM1 and AM2 for alignment when connecting the segment substrate and the tape carrier package are provided between the segment electrode leading terminal of the segment substrate and the common electrode leading terminal of the both sides. Alignment marks am1 and am2 are provided between the segment terminal of the tape carrier package and the common terminals corresponding to the marks AM1 and AM2 provided on the segment substrate.
