PURPOSE: An LCD device for the equi-resistance wiring is provided to differentiate the size of an electrode pad or a transparent electrode included in a pad or a resistivity value, to compensate a resistance difference in accordance with the length of an electrode link, so as to make the equi-resistance between the electrode pad and the electrode link. CONSTITUTION: A pad(40) comprises an electrode pad(16) and a transparent electrode(28). The electrode pad(16) is extended from an electrode link. The transparent electrode(28) protects the electrode pad(16). One of sizes of the electrode pad(16) and the transparent electrode(28) is different according to the length of the electrode link.
