PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the using convenience of a chair device for a vehicle by making it easy for a wheelchair user to be seated on a seat set on the vehicle. SOLUTION: A chair device for a vehicle to be adopted to the vehicle constituted free to load a wheelchair at a backward position of a driver's seat 2 is constituted so that the driver's seat 2 forms a horizontal reclining state where a seat back 2b is roughly horizontally fallen backward, the wheelchair 10 is furnished with a seat surface 17a where the user is seated, and outside dimensions of the driver's seat 2 and inside dimensions of the wheelchair 10 are formed free to move the wheelchair 10 in the longitudinal direction without interfering each other between the backward position of the driver's seat 2 and a driving position where the seat surface 17a is arranged on a seat cushion 2a against the driver's seat in the horizontal reclining state.
