METAL FOIL COMPOSITE SHEET FOR BORING, AND DRILLED HOLE BORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a less warping metal foil composite sheet for boring a drilled hole, and a method for boring a drilled hole using the metal foil composite sheet. SOLUTION: This metal foil composite sheet for boring is for printed wiring material. It comprises an organic layer on one surface of a metal foil, the organic layer comprises mix of polyester (A) of 20-90 pts.wt. and water soluble lubricant (B) of 10-80 pts.wt., it has a thickness of 0.02-3.0 mm, and a surface roughness of the metal foil on a surface to be bound to the organic layer is 5-15μm. The metal foil surface side of the metal foil composite sheet for boring is disposed to get in contact with the printed wiring material, and a drilled hole is bored from the sheet surface side in this hole boring method to the printed wiring material.
