PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the therapeutic effect by notifying the abnormality when an electrode becomes a temperature which is not suitable for an electric medical treatment due to a short-circuiting or a breakage or the like of a heater, and also, make the therapy equipment safe and easy to use by stopping the power supply to the heater when the electrode becomes a high temperature due to the short-circuiting or the like. SOLUTION: The heater 18 is attached to the electrode 16 which is brought into contact with a human body and can flow a medical treatment current. Then, a breakage detecting circuit 22 which detects the breakage of the power supply to the heater 18, and a short-circuiting detecting circuit 25 which detects a short-circuiting are provided. When the short-circuiting detecting circuit 25 detects a short-circuiting, the power supply is stopped by a transistor 27. Then, this power supply state is displayed by a second LED display circuit 24 for the thermal low frequency therapy equipment.
