PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder of clips, with which continuous binding actions of paper sheets are possible and, at the same time, in which clips can be easily inserted and which is suitable for the use of a large number of clips allowing to load in a limited space. SOLUTION: This binder is equipped with a housing part 20, an inserting hole 16 equipped with expanding plates 60, a pusher 24 to be pushingly shiftable a clip 40 towards the expanding plates 60 and a slider 30 seating clips 40 in the housing part 20. In addition, at the upper part of the housing part 20, wavy guiding grooves 32, with which the projections 40c and 40d of the clip 40 engage, are formed. Further, the slider 30 is so constituted as to be shifted back and forth interlocking with the pushingly shifting of the pusher 24.
