PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a provision method in which advertisement information is provided by using a telephone reception sound by measuring the effect of an advertisement when the reception sound is used as the advertisement. SOLUTION: The provision method is constituted to be provided with a processing process in which the telephone reception sound is downloaded to the telephone, a processing process in which reference information used to evaluate the effect of the advertisement obtained in the use of the telephone reception sound is acquired and retained in each downloaded telephone reception sound, a processing process in which the retained reference information or information calculated from the reference information according to a prescribed calculation expression is transmitted as information used to decide an advertisement charge to be paid to the owner of the telephone and a processing process in which the advertisement charge is collected from the advertiser of the telephone reception sound according to the reference sound so as to be paid to the owner of the telephone. |
