PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which is capable of increasing a creeping discharge starting voltage so as to have a high withstand voltage, where the creeping discharge takes place on the surface of the ceramic capacitor. SOLUTION: An inner electrode 122 is composed of a capacity-forming electrode 122a and discharge-suppressing electrodes 122b formed on the same plane, and the discharge-suppressing electrodes 122b are provided on the outsides of the capacity-forming electrode 122a and connected to an outer electrode 140b, confronting an outer electrode 140a connected to the capacity forming electrode 122a. With this setup, electric field concentrated on the surface of the ceramic capacitor can be relaxed, by which a creeping discharge starting voltage on the side of a ceramic capacitor device 130 can be enhanced, and thus a laminated ceramic capacitor having a high withstand voltage can be obtained.
