PURPOSE: A rear lower part-reinforcing structure for reducing vibration of a suspension is provided to improve joining rigidity by improving the structure of a rear body and to effectively suppress vibration of a rear suspension. CONSTITUTION: In a rear lower part-reinforcing structure for reducing vibration of a suspension, rear frames(20) are installed on the lower sides of the floor of a room. A rear cross member(30) is laterally mounted on the rear end of the both rear frames. Both end portions of a first cross member(41) and a second cross member(42) are joined between the rear frames. Both end portions of a first reinforcing member(51) and a second reinforcing member(52) extended in front and rear are mounted between the first cross member and the second cross member. The top surfaces of the first reinforcing member and the second reinforcing member are joined at the bottom of the floor by a closed section.
