PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for injection molding a resonator for vehicles is provided are provided to simultaneously improve sealing and durability of a connection part by integrally injection molding a blow duct into the resonator. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for injection molding a resonator for vehicles comprises a lower plate die(1) at the inner part of which a molding surface(7) forming an outer surface is formed, and one side of the inside of which a resting part(11) is formed, and a cylindrical blow duct molded article is positioned on the resting part(11); an upper plate die which is assembled with the lower plate die(1), and at one side of which a frame(15) forming an inner surface of the resonator is constructed; upper and lower operation cores(17,19) which are installed at the inner part of the lower plate die so as to open or close the upper and lower opening parts(21,23) by being corresponding to upper and lower opening parts(21,23) of the blow duct(9); a particle tank(29) which is connected to the upper opening part(21) of the blow duct through a supplying pipe line(25) so that the particle tank(29) is connected to or cut off from a hollow part(31) of the blow duct(9) according to opening or closing the upper operation core(17), and in which resin particles(30) are contained; and a particle supply and discharge means which is connected to the lower opening part(23) of the blow duct through a return pipe line(27) so that the particle supply and discharge means is connected to or cut off from the hollow part(31) of the blow duct(9) according to opening or closing of the lower operation core(19), and which is connected to the particle tank(29) through the connection pipe line(37) so that the particle supply and discharge means supplies or discharges resin particles(30) into or from the hollow part(31) of the blow duct.
