<p>An advertising system and method is provided in which a general skin image or an advertising skin image capable of satisfying an aesthetic desire of a user can be applied to a menu portion on a Windows-shell screen. An advertising skin according to a target marketing can be provided on a network based on a client/server system in the case of an advertising skin image. The advertising system includes a number of user terminals (1) which can be accessed to the Internet, at least one information providing server (95) for providing at least one skin image data provided from a corresponding home page to a user terminal when a user accesses the home page (71) through the user terminal, and a system server for allowing the user to download a skin image controller when the user accesses the home page in a server.</p> |
