A hand-operated baking trolley (1) rack having a rectangular chassis with for swivel castors, is new. The upper frame consists of two essentially U-shaped metal tubes (2) terminating in a slightly smaller cross section (8), which fits into chassis sockets. The trolley rack holds a series of trays each resting on an L-shaped side-support (20). The plug and socket arrangement is secured by a nut and bolt. The chassis has an L-shaped support (3a) each side fitted near the socket push-fit union. Each L-shaped profile (20, 3a) has a small concave radius at the root. At one end of the trolley, the profiles (20,3a) terminate in an end-stop.
