PURPOSE: An email advertisement system using 3d characters is provided to use a small script file in email as an advertisement method. CONSTITUTION: The email advertisement system using 3d characters consists of contents DB, animation DB, a service server with transmission method, characters, and client system, which has client program to receive email with script. The client system is assumed to have Microsoft agent components. The server is connected with the contents DB, which keeps the advertisement data, and the animation DB, which controls characters. The service server is also connected with Internet to transmit the advertisement data to the mail client by the client's request.
