PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let bad blood for prompting metabolism, that is, to perform hemocatharsis, without blemish at all on the skin, nor causing bleeding. SOLUTION: When one end face of a cylindrical body is pressed onto a person's skin, a hollow circular face around a hole formed in one end face, or a sector face formed by a cutout around the hole formed in one end face abuts on the person's skin to obtain hemocatharsis effect. The recessed part or cutout part of the hole does not abut on the skin, but the surrounding hollow circular face or the sector face on both sides of the cutout is pressed onto the skin inside to lift the skin.
