PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet, by which neither a higher coating technique nor large scale painting facilities is necessary and an environmental load such as the production of waste solvent and solvent smell or the like can be reduced and, in addition, a high class feeling such as the designedness and coating feeling utilizing the texture intrinsic to the stock of base material for decorative material peculiar to a coating decorative material can be easily given through a simple dry type engineering method even to the base material for the decorative material having a complicated three dimensional solid shape and the decorative material using the same. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet is produced by laminatingly pasting a vacuum-forming decorative sheet 1, which is mainly made of a colorless or colored transparent or semi-transparent thermoplastic resin with vacuum moldability and has an internal haze value of 10% or less, onto the surface of the base material 2 for the decorative material having a three dimensional solid shape by a vacuum forming method.
