PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable biaxially oriented film of polylactic acid which has a proper heat-shrinking property without deteriorating mechanical properties, is excellent in heat-sealing properties, and is suitable for over- wrapping packaging. SOLUTION: In the biaxially oriented film of polylactic acid, the melting starting temperature is 110-155 deg.C, the heat-shrinkage rate at 100 deg.C in the MD direction is 5-10%, and the rate in the TD direction is 5% or below. |
