PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admixing agent for a soil cement fluid, which is capable of improving flowability and setting retardancy of the soil cement fluid and reducing the amounts of waste sludge and discharge residual soil, and to provide a method for quantitatively maintaining and administering the flowability and the setting retardancy of the soil cement fluid for a long period of time by using the same. SOLUTION: The admixing agent for the soil cement fluid contains a retarder and a water reducer, and the retarder is dextrin. In the construction method using the soil cement fluid, the method for controlling the soil cement fluid, by which the flow value of the fluid can be maintained at a value higher than a predetermined value for a certain period of time, comprises calculating the addition ratio of a mixture of the retarder and the water reducer to cement according to the solid content in the soil cement fluid and the ratio of water to the cement, and then correcting the calculated value according to the content of clay in the solid and the concentration of chlorine ions in the soil cement fluid. |
