PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a lightweight and simple structured loading and unloading device with easy operation, suitable for usage by mounting on a loading space of a truck, and without occupying a main part of the loading space by its mounting and impairing versatility. SOLUTION: As its main constituent parts, this device is provided with a pair of support members 2 attached on both side end parts near to a rear part on the loading space D of the truck T, a portal shaped portal arm 3 with both side lower end parts rotatably supported by the support member 2 and arranged so as to freely tilt in fore and aft directions of the loading space D, a pair of stoppers 4 regulating a backward tilting angle of the portal arm 3 at a predetermined angle, and a pair of slanted links 5 regulating the portal arm 3 from tilting forward exceeding a perpendicularly erected state or a slightly forwardly slanted erected state.
