PURPOSE: Provided is a pole in a golf training field which shows buffering effect in all directions when a golf net is waved by wind or snow is piled up on the net so that it contributes to use the pole in a semi-permanent way. CONSTITUTION: The pole in the golf training field comprises the parts of: multiple pipes(22) which are piled up with springs(21) placed inside and outside; the springs which are supported by multiple elastic poles, that are inserted inside the springs; a 'U'-character bolt(24) which is placed at the edge of the spring to prevent the spring from being released; and a bolt and a nut(22c) which fix flanges(22a, 22b) at the upper and lower edge of the pipe.
