SOLUTION: An electrode material 11 is carried in length direction to pass a gap 24 between a die roll 22 and an anvil roll 23 rotating in reverse direction each other. When passing it, the electrode material is sequentially cut in conformity with the shape of a cutting blade 22b provided at the die roll 22. |
