PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the giving and reception of cash and a voting ticket are complicated in a voting system for a race. SOLUTION: A card for a race, on which identification information is recorded is issued to a voting participant by using a card issuing device 14, and an account of the voting participant is opened in a participant managing device 10. A voting remaining amount is recorded in the account in accordance with an amount deposited by the participant, the participant can electrically perform voting from a voting terminal 12 so long as a voting price is within the voting remaining amount, and the price is paid from the account. When the voting target of the participant is hit, a dividend is automatically added to the voting remaining amount. |
