<p>PURPOSE: Provided are concrete products using bottom ash, industrial waste, as an aggregate, and a manufacturing method of concrete products with absorption, particle size, pressure and strength required for construction materials. CONSTITUTION: The compositions and manufacturing methods of concrete products are as follows: 18.0-22.5 wt.% of cement, 2.0-2.5wt.% of admixture, blast furnace slag, 75.0-80.0wt.% of aggregates comprising sand and bottom ash in the same wt.%, and 50-70wt.% of water; 20.0-25.0wt.% of cement, 75.0-80.0wt.% of aggregates comprising sand and bottom ash in the same wt.%, 1% of fluidifying agent, and 50-70wt.% of water; 22.5-23.75wt.% of cement, 1.25-10.0wt.% of admixture, desulfurized gypsum(or silica hume), 75.0wt.% of aggregates, bottom ash(or sand and bottom ash in the same wt.%), less than 1% of fluidifying agent, and 42.0-44.0wt.5 of water; 22.5wt.% of cement, 2.5-5.0wt.% of desulfurized gypsum, 75.0wt.% of bottom ash, 0.49% of fluidifying agent, and 42.0wt.% of water, and the concrete products are manufactured by forming the above composition, and steam-curing at 60deg.C.</p> |
