PURPOSE:To prevent the staining of hands and clothing or the staining of an automatic developing machine by a dyeing liquid by incorporating a material which develops a color by reacting with the components in a processing liquid into a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The material which develops the color simultaneously with development or in the processing after the development is incorporated into the photosensitive layer of the dampening waterless planographic printing plate which is formed by successively laminating the photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer on a sub strate and allows the substantial removal of only the silicone rubber layer in the image parts by development. The color developing material to be incorporated into the photosensitive layer is more preferably a photosensitive material and more prefer ably this photosensitive material causes a photochemical reaction by exposing, by which the material is decomposed or changed in properties and the capacity to develop the color by reacting with the components (couplers) in the photosensitive layer is lost without developing the color. The sharp images after the development are obtd. in this way and the staining of the hand, clothing and automatic developing machine by the dyeing liquid is prevented.
