PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet heating element for a mirror 1 which improves a heat conductivity from the sheet heating element 1 to a mirror 8 and thereby enables to improve performance of defogging of a mirror surface of the mirror 8. SOLUTION: A layer 6 made of a heat conductive sticking agent 7 is provided on a mirror 8 side of the sheet heating element 1 pasted on a back surface 8a of a mirror 8. This heat conductive sticking agent 7 is, for example, (1) either a metal, a metal oxide, ceramic powder, fine particle powder of metal- plated resin, or high-temperature conductive inorganic filler, or a combination of them is dispersed into an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive or a silicone- based pressure sensitive adhesive, or (2) a high-temperature conductive inorganic filler or aluminum nitride is dispersed into an organic binder. |
