<p>A judgment level setting method for judging accurately the signal level in a multi-level transmission for transmitting data by allocating data of one or more bits to the signal level as a data symbol and a data receiver are disclosed. A data transmitter sends an initialization pattern signal when the power is turned on or the transmitter is reset. The data receiver establishes the clock synchronization according to the received initialization pattern signal, sets a judgement level for threshold judgment of signal level, and starts receiving data.</p> |
