PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and safe photo aging-preventing agent having an excellent photo aging-preventing effect, preventing wrinkles and slack caused by an irradiation with an ultraviolet light and improving skin roughness, dry skin, etc., maintaining flexibility and can be utilized for the prevention and treatment of diseases associated with the photo aging-preventing effects, and further a cosmetic composition or food. SOLUTION: This photo aging-preventing agent contains a magnolia bark extract or a mixed extract obtained by simultaneously using >=1 kind selected from plant extracts from Isodon japonica, Scutellariae radix, Panax ginseng, Hypericum erectum, comfrey, salvia, Perilla frutescens crispa, linden and moutan bark together with the magnolia bark extract, and the cosmetic composition and food containing them are also provided. |
