PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts items, to omit the spring fitting work, and to miniaturize the whole of a gear device by eliminating a biasing spring in a conventional biasing gear with the structure that a main gear and a sub gear are overlapped with each other and that a biasing load for generating a phase difference between both the gears is given by the biasing spring. SOLUTION: A primary gear 10 on a crank shaft 9 is formed of a main gear 30 integrally formed with the crank shaft 9 and a sub gear 31 formed freely to be rotated in relation to the main gear 30. The main gear 30 and the sub gear 31 are engaged with a primary driven gear 12 of a clutch mechanism 11 at the same time, and while the only sub gear 31 is engaged with a driving gear 22 of a water pump 21 and a driving gear 24 of an oil pump 23.
