PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for an air bag for protecting a head part which can be assembled without using a tool. SOLUTION: The fixing structure of an air bag for protecting a head part for storing a curtain-shaped air bag body between a vehicle body panel and an interior material by folding the air bag body and fixing a plurality of mounting parts formed on an upper edge part of the air bag body to the vehicle body panel by using a fixed fitting is constituted by constituting the fixed fitting by a knob part and a locking member mounted on the knob part via a shaft and mounting and fixing the air bag body on the vehicle body panel by forming the locking hole on the vehicle body panel and holding the air bag body and the vehicle body panel between the knob part and the locking member by rotating the knob part after the locking member is inserted into the locking hole and the mounting parts of the air bag body.
