PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg without a release paper. SOLUTION: The paperless prepreg is constituted by applying a thermoplastic resin film on one side of a fiber reinforced matrix layer made of a reinforcing fiber impregnated with an uncured matrix resin. The thermoplastic resin film preferably includes a nylon 12 film, an ionomer film, a polyethylene terephthalate or a polybutylene terephthalate film with a corona discharge treatment on both surfaces.
