PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure for a perishable-food market, enabling perishable foods such as fish to be sanitarily processed. SOLUTION: The inside of a building T in the perishable-food market is divided into a display area AR2 requiring prescribed cleanliness set in advance and other areas AR1 and AR3 wherein lower cleanliness than in the display area AR2 is made allowable. In addition, a washing device 10 for washing a conveying vehicle passing through an entrance 9 is installed in the entrance 9 passed through from the areas AR1 and AR3 toward the display area AR2.
