PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new assaying technique for fractionating and quantifying an enzyme involved in an acetyl conjugation in humans, and to provide a probe and a kit for the technique. SOLUTION: The 1st objective probe, which is to be used in assaying an enzyme involved in an acetyl conjugation in humans, consists of an oligonucleotide hybridizable with a specific domain of a gene. The 2nd objective kit for assaying such an enzyme is selected from a combination of the probe with a primer pair of a forward primer and a reverse primer each consisting of an oligonucleotide hybridizable with a specific domain of a gene. The 3rd objective method for assaying such an enzyme comprises using the kit.
