PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside diameter machining tool which is applicable to the machining of very small diameter, large in restrictive force of tip, difficult to generate chattering vibration, high in repetitive accuracy of a blade tip position, excellent in dischargeability of chips and high in performance. SOLUTION: A small diameter bar-like part 7 is integrally protruded along one side surface of a flat plate-like base part 3, a cutting blade edge 5 for machining inside diameter of a work or grooving the work and a face 6 continuous to the cutting blade edge 5 are formed on a tip part of the small diameter bar-like part on the upper surface side of the flat plate-like base part 3, and a side wall part on a side facing the flat plate-like base part 3 in the small diameter bar-like part 7 is recessed with inwardly curved perpendicular sectional shape.
