PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet lamination type three-dimensional shaping apparatus capable of preventing cutting of a stock sheet on the way of shaping. SOLUTION: The lateral width Ta of a slave table 76 is set slightly wider than that Tb of an intermediate laminate W, and set narrower than that Tc of a shaping table 71. A thickness (t) of the table 76 is set to a sufficient thickness. Thus, a stock sheet P extended from the upper surface of the laminate W to both lateral sides of the table 76 is largely inclined at a downward angleθ1. Accordingly, even when the thickness Tb of the laminate W is narrow and the thickness of the laminate W is relatively thin, a heater roller 31 is not engaged with the sheet P near the right end (anαpart of Fig.) of the laminate W as the roller 31 is moved. Cutting of the sheet by the roller 31 can be surely prevented.
