PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer belt having smaller unevenness in surface resistivity than a conventional belt and to provide a transfer belt capable of lowering its surface resistivity without changing the volume resistivity of the substrate layer. SOLUTION: Each of the transfer belts has a belt substrate layer formed with a rubber-like elastic body, at least one polyaniline electrically conductive layer and a lubricative layer on the surface side. The polyaniline electrically conductive layer is one layer or two or more layers. The thickness of the polyaniline electrically conductive layer is preferably 0.01-1μm.
