PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that form data can not be created and it is necessary to pick up form data out of a design drawing and experimentation data and to prepare NC data on the basis of these data and also it is difficult to create a complicated non-circular form, when the reference of a form in the direction of the axis is different from that in the direction of the diameter or in the case of a form where this reference gradually changes with its position, for example, in a conventional method for preparing NC data for non-circular form. SOLUTION: Form data are created and a feed pitch correcting processing is performed by repeatedly operating data in the radial direction while utilizing an elliptic expression or data in the axial direction while utilizing a triangular centroid expression in given numerical data (1). This device is provided with respective means for operating, displaying and deciding the required torque of an NC working facility (2). The device is provided with a correction means when displaying a form on a display screen.
