发明名称 SYNTHETIC METHOD OF HIGHLY ORDERED UNIFORM NANOPOROUS CARBON MOLECULAR SIEVE USING LIQUID CARBON PRECURSOR
摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a synthetic method of highly ordered uniform nanoporous carbon molecular sieve using liquid carbon precursor, which is simple and economical because it uses economical liquid carbon precursor instead of costly gaseous carbon precursor. As the nanoporous carbon molecular sieve of the present invention has uniform pore size, it is applicable to catalyst or absorbent. CONSTITUTION: The synthetic method includes the steps of (i) making a silica colloidal crystal template by laying spherical silica having a particle size of 10nm to 5μ m; (ii) injecting liquid carbon precursors such as aqueous carbohydrate solutions or polymeric monomers into the silica colloidal crystal template; (iii) performing carbonization reaction under an inert atmosphere of 800 to 900°C to prepare a carbon-template complex; and (iv) immersing the carbon-template complex in aqueous HF solution to selectively remove silica colloidal crystal template. In the 2nd step, the liquid carbon precursor is selected from either aqueous carbohydrates selected from the group consisting of sucrose, glucose, xylose, and sugar or polymeric monomers selected from the group consisting of divinylbenzene, vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, styrene, methacrylate, methyl methacrylate, ethyleneglycol, dimethacrylate, and CH2=CRR'. In the case that aqueous carbohydrates are adopted as liquid carbon precursor, aqueous carbohydrate is added with sulfuric acid in a mole ratio of 2 to 2.5(carbohydrate/sulfuric acid) before carbonization reaction. Polymeric monomer, before carbonization reaction, is however injected into silica colloidal crystal template being mixed with a radical initiator selected from the group consisting of azobisisobutyronitrile, t-butylperacetate, benzoperoxide, and lauryl peroxide. Then, the polymeric monomer is polymerized in the temperature range of 60 to 75deg.C.
