<p>A container including a bag and a closure device is disclosed. The closure device includes a pair of interlocking fastening strips (130, 132). Each fastening strip includes a closure element (150, 160). The first closure element (150) includes a ridge (176). The second closure element (160) includes a seat (192) that is configured to generally mate with the ridge (176) of the first closure element (150). When the fastening strips are interlocked, the ridge (176) and seat (192) engage each other to provide a seal. The ridge and the seat can have different configurations.</p> |
